Actually, this is our first rodeo...
We launched this small family business in the spring of 2026, after a decade of exploring food-based healing and slow, from-scratch cooking. We invested in our mill in January of 2025 and have spent the last year and a half learning the art of something we've become so passionate about. Whether it's the finished product you're interested in, or adding a milling setup to your own kitchen, we'd love to share with you what we've learned. Our company's primary value is that of transparency - we will always be honest with you, and would be so grateful if you gave us the same feedback. Your dollar is your vote and we hope to earn yours (as often as you'll have us).
